Shipping policy
Shipping: Orders are shipped the same or next business day whenever possible. We ship by UPS, FEDEX and USPS, and we will determine the carrier based on the location and contents of the shipment. We must have a physical address for shipping as some items are not accepted for shipment by USPS. We are not able to offer expedited shipping.
When your order is processed for shipment, a tracking number is provided. Please allow a full business day for the carrier to pick up the shipment and provide updates to the tracking status.
When placing your order, please take care to provide the correct shipping address. If a package is sent out to an incorrect address, and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs. If you need to change the delivery address after the item is in transit, there is an additional charge of $15 and that service is only available with UPS shipping.
We ship from Central Florida and delivery time depends on distance traveled. You will receive an estimate of transit time when you check out, however this is not a guarantee of delivery within that time frame and may not include our turnaround time for processing and handling.
